Financial Options and Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients we will file insurance claims at each visit. Some insurance companies require pre-authorizations which can now be sent electronically, allowing us to obtain the fastest response possible. Pre-authorizations can be obtained for any patient who would like to know how much the insurance company will pay before treatment begins. Amounts determined as not covered by insurance are due at the time services are rendered. Any balance can be handled by Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or CareCredit.
